Visiting rules: You can bring your own food and use the picnic area at the entrance. The introduction into the facilities of alcoholic beverages and drugs of any kind will not be allowed. For security reasons and to guarantee the welfare of the animals, it is strictly forbidden to enter the park with animals, with the exception of guide and self-help dogs. Radios and sound-reproducing devices may not be used within the enclosure of the zoo facilities unless they are equipped with headphones. The use of the flash to take pictures of the animals is not allowed as it can cause serious vision problems. The basic rules of compliance are indicated in the different facilities of the park. Circulation with skates, scooters, bicycles, tricycles, etc. is not allowed. It is not allowed to play with balls or objects that can scare or annoy the animals. It is necessary to keep the ticket during your stay at the zoo and show it to the staff if requested. Access to the fenced or fenced spaces in which the animals are located is not allowed. Restricted areas are considered to be all those in which the access control indication appears and they can only be accessed in the company of authorized personnel. In all cases, visitors must comply with the instructions of the guides or authorized zoo personnel. The Zoo Koki car park is not guarded, so the enclosure is not responsible. Zoo Koki (Zoological and Botanical Park) is not responsible for items lost within its facilities. The organization reserves the right to alter and modify the schedule of activities according to meteorological criteria. Uncivil behavior towards animals, Zoo staff or other visitors can be sanctioned with the immediate expulsion of the offenders.
