To fully enjoy the wonderful world of ASPRO parks with family or friends, users must comply with the rules of the park: Each attraction or facility is designed for a specific use, so the rules for use of each one and the other instructions distributed throughout the park must be followed. These rules, in addition to ensuring safety, are designed for greater enjoyment and hygiene within the park. Picnics may only be held in designated areas. Hammocks and loungers may only be used in their designated areas and may not be moved to other areas. Changes or cancellations are not permitted. In the event that one or more attractions are out of service, the park is forced to close due to weather conditions, or in the event of a serious accident or breakdown, or the threat of an explosive or other hazard, the park manager may decide to vacate the park for safety reasons. Users may not request a refund of their admission or any other item. In the interest of hygiene and safety, guests using the water attractions must wear only swimwear. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Park management reserves the right to refuse admission and may also remove guests from the premises if one or more users exhibit inappropriate behavior.
