Festival Dia de la Dona – Valencia

For the sixth consecutive year, FOTUR-PRODJ CV, together with the Valencia City Council Turisme e Internaconalització and Turisme Comunitat Valenciana, will celebrate the Día de la Dona Festival, in one of the architectural symbols of the city as it is, as it is the City of Arts and Sciences of Valencia.

We can say that it is a pioneering festival in the whole country, since it is the only one on this scale (characteristics and dimensions) that is celebrated with a line-up entirely with women artists from all over the country. This year, it will be held on March 3, two days before Women’s Day, trying to make women artists, singers and DJs visible.

This festival began in 2018, with the I Dia de la Dona Festival, held in Shed No. 2 of the Port of Valencia, also a magnificent enclave and with great success we began this journey of a Festival starring only women. For logistical and accessibility reasons, it was moved to the City of Arts and Sciences, increasing the success of the first edition.

VISITING RULES: It is prohibited to bring alcohol, illegal substances, weapons or dangerous objects to the event. Admission, by virtue of the provisions of the current Public Entertainment Law. It is important for all attendees to carry their ID or other valid original identification document. Entry and/or permanence in the event is limited to any person who: - Is in a state of drunkenness, carries or consumes any type of narcotic or any type of illegal substance. - Carry weapons or blunt, sharp or potentially dangerous objects, capable of causing damage to people and/or objects. - Causes or incites any disorder within the event or has caused proven disturbances. All attendees may be subjected to a search by the security team at the access to the event, following the guidelines of the Law on Public Entertainment and Private Security. If you refuse to register, you will be denied entry to the event. Any broken ticket or with signs of forgery will authorize the organizer to deprive its bearer of access to the event. The organization of the event is not responsible for stolen tickets. It is strictly forbidden to record, broadcast and/or film the event with professional equipment without prior permission from the organization.
