Visit the Historic Center of the city of Almería starting at the Puerta Purchena, one of the oldest entrances to the City. You will walk through the old streets discovering the history of the Civil War Refuges, the Arab Cisterns, the Old Square, the old Muslim medina and its founder, Jairán; the neighborhood of the Cathedral-fortress, Plaza Bendicho and the bust of Celia Viñas, without forgetting the Sanctuary of the Virgen del Mar, the School of Arts and Crafts and the Cervantes Theater. The Doña Pakyta House-Museum and the Nicolás Salmerón Park will be the prelude to the emblematic English Cable, where we will end our tour explaining one of the best works of iron engineering in the city.
