Tour of the Alvear winery in which you will learn about the peculiarities of the ageing system characteristic of the D.O Montilla-Moriles: the criaderas and soleras system; as well as the particularities of the climate, landscape and grape variety, Pedro Ximénez, which define our wines. During the visit you will be able to see the winery, the fermentation room, and the largest ageing cellar in the D.O known as “La Monumental”. The visit ends with a tasting of 3 wines.
