Of Arab origin, with English influence and a marked Mediterranean spirit; this is Subaida. A construction from the mid-19th century in the Gregorian style steeped in history. A farm for which time seems to have stopped as they keep alive the cheese tradition that they learned from their ancestors.
Start with a guided tour of all the facilities (farm animals, dairy and milking room), and a demonstration of how a piece of cheese is made by hand, and to finish, a complete tasting of all the typical products of Menorca (4 varieties of Mahón Menorca cheese, sobrasada, carn i xulla (meat and bacon), artisan jams from the garden, carquiñols (typical sweet), bread, wine and water.
